Dance shoe sizing often differs significantly from street shoe sizing. We provide detailed size charts on each product page. For pointe shoes, we highly recommend a professional fitting in-store, but for online orders, please refer to our 'Sizing Guide' which includes brand-specific conversion scales.

What is your return policy for performance tights and undergarments?

For hygiene reasons, tights, undergarments, and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened. Please ensure you have selected the correct shade and size before unsealing the product.

Do you offer bulk discounts for dance schools and troupes?

Yes, we offer specialized pricing for dance studios and large groups ordering costumes or team uniforms. Please contact our 'Studio Relations' team via the contact form to set up a wholesale account or request a bulk quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country. Priority shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that custom-made tutus or special-order items may require an additional 2-4 weeks for production.

Can I return items purchased on clearance?
